Recruitment is by no means an open affair where one simply asks to join and gets in. Ailos screens each potential member for a variety of things. Including, but not limited to: If the guild is a fit for the character and vice versa, IC temperament, OOC temperament, OOC mannerisms, English competency(Grammar, spelling, etc.), Overall quality of the character and person playing them.
If one seeks to attempt joining, the best way to go about it is to contact Ailos via mail or whisper in game to begin the process.
