Skarim Von Bodenschat was the Highlord of the Fifth Scarlet Vanguard. He led the vanguard in several illicit activities within the Kingdom of Stormwind, including torture, rioting and attacking members of the city guard. Despite his infamy in Stormwind, Skarim led the Vanguard to defeat scores of undead in the ruins of Lordaeron.
He was eventually challenged by Sir Maldrin Davis of the Stormwind City Watch to a duel. After a long and arduous battle, Skarim was killed by Sir Maldrin.
