Upton Borough is the wealthiest part of the city of Boralus, and is where most of the nobility and naval officers make their home. It is known for its large and luxurious houses and for its vicinity to the Proudmoore Academy, making it an ideal location for families to live in with education right outside their homes.
The Borough was once the only sources of housing for early Kul Tirans, but following the construction of Crosswind Commons, many of the wealthier residents decided to stay and turn the Borough into a high market district, with many of the more common people moving to the modest Crosswind Commons or Hook Point.
