Kaston Electus was the bishop of Stormwind following the supposed-death of Bishop Mellar Servus. He resigned from the Episcoal Seat after less than a year's time and declared himself in schism with the Church--founding his own Church, the "Church of Northshire", which claimed to be the only true remnant of the old church.
