The Kaldorei Traditional Dance Roster is a list of several various dances performed by the Kaldorei both in secular and sacred practices.

Name Category Origin Description
Andu'fala'dor Secular This dance originally was used as a plea for a bountiful harvest to the gods and goddesses. Literally meaning 'let balance be restored', it would be performed during the planting season. A fast-paced dance, played with a musical accompaniment of pipes and bells. Can be performed either solo or in a group. Sheafs of corn in each hand are optional.
Dalah'surfal Secular This was a dance of courtship, a staple number during a Highborne celebration. Traditionally performed with two partners and an upbeat musical accompanient. It can be transformed into the 'Malah'surfal', the dance of unrequited love, by dancing solo with a vocal background.
Ana'tole na Dure Sacred This dance honoured the demigod Malorne. It was traditionally performed during druidic festivals, or when a prominent druid awoke from hibernation. This dance involved extensive use of greenery as props - including a climable tree. Accompanied by a large ensemble, with optional vocal accompaniment.
Tor ilisar'thera'nal Secular This traditional dance was both a celebration of Kaldorei skill in battle, and a damnation of the enemy. This dance showcased the dancer's agility and grace, reflecting Kaldorei skill in battle. Often, a spear would be embedded into the ground and used as the focus of this athletic and acrobatic dance, which would be accompanied by fast-paced drumming.
Elune'adore'dor Sacred This religious dance was an integral part of Kaldorei worship for several hundred years. It celebrated the glory and infinite wisdom of Elune, and the beauty of her creation. This dance was designed to emphasise the perfect form of the Kaldorei, as created by their Goddess. Often performed with a chanting background, it is construed of a series of poses and arm gestures. The dance would be performed facing the Moon.
Doran'ika Secular One of the more modern pieces in the roster, this dance was created for light entertainment purposes. Commonly performed at Kaldorei celebrations of a less-serious nature. Usually performed by a group of six to eight dancers in pairs, often the Kaldorei beveridge Moonglow would be ingested prior to performance to add the sparkling visual effect. A fast-paced and acrobatic dance.
Eldre'Thal Sacred A celebration of homeland, this dance would often be performed during the start of the Kaldorei year. It would also be performed as a form of thanksgiving to Elune after a successful battle. Traditionally performed by a solo dancer of great skill, this dance would be performed on a grass or earthern surface, barefoot. Pipes, bells and lute would accompany the dancer (in the case of victory, a vocal chant would be added).
Kalim'dorei Sacred This dance celebrated the Kaldorei's origin as children of the stars. Performed at night-time, beneath the full moon, it was a staple part of any major Elunite ceremony. Attire was vital to this dance; an iridescent sheath and a set of silver crescent shaped bells worn around the waist. The tinkling of the bells were integral to the otherwise silent dance, and had to sound at precise moments. This solemn dance was slow-paced and focused on reflection.
Azshari'dor Secular This ancient dance, famous for being performed by Queen Azshara's handmaidens, had fallen out of popularity for millenia until its recent revivial. Typically Highborne, this dance called for a full musical accompaniment and lavish costume. Accessories such as hand-bells, silver staves and veils were used to act to the spectacle. A fast paced dance, often performed by a group of women.
