The Honorable Haemund Fray, Count of Fray's Crossing in Duskwood, took on the position of Lord Magistrate of the Stormwind House of Magistrates in early November of 30 L.C.. A survivor of the Orcish Wars, he served the provincial court of Duskwood for decades before being offered the position.
The Siege of Orgrimmar left the kingdom with a number of Alliance and Horde war criminals that needed to be tried for heinous crimes. Upon taking his seat as Lord Magistrate, Haemund quickly pushed for reform of the Stormwind Military Law.
