The HMS Lady Ellilena is a second rate hospital ship of the Stormwind Navy. Attached to the ninth fleet, the ship was named after the former Duchess of Redrock, Ellilena Xavier. Despite her divorce to the Duke, the ship remains in commission with the same name.
