Faeyud, also known as Fae-Coille, is one of the two pine forests that are found in the Province of Rithland in the Principality of Fjallidh, in Alterac. The other forest in the Province of Rithland, is Riwald. Faeyud is a hill forests covered with ancient pines, and is considered by the locals to be the home to ancient forest sprites and the offspring of the Horned Goddess Faeyr, and during the spring equinox, there is a great festival for Faeyr, in conjunction with her counterpart Ri in Riwald; the festival is mainly focused around singing, dancing, drinking, and feasting, at the end of the festival an offering of fruit is placed in a sacred hollow in the forest's heart.
Faeyud, is believed to be the home of the Horned Goddess Faeyr, according to the pagans of the region.
