Lord Ello Ebonlocke is the current mayor of Darkshire and presides over the Council of Darkshire, the town's ruling council. He is the father of Althea Ebonlocke, the leader of the Night Watch Militia.
Following the Burning Legion's return to Azeroth, the Council of Darkshire and the Night Watch defected to the demons, leading the newly-formed Veiled Hand to murder several citizens of Darkshire in an attempt to summon the Legion to Duskwood. His daughter was later assassinated by Garona Halforcen and an unidentified Master Assassin of the Uncrowned.
