The Barony of Cresthill is a recently established holding with over three years of age since its founding, and acts as a refuge for Pandaren moving from Pandaria to the Eastern Kingdoms, and more importantly, to Aurelia. Cresthill is also the training ground for the Aurelian Wardancers, an elite sect of soldiers who defend Quel'Anaris from threats within.
History[]
Cresthill was founded approximately seven years after the Quel'Anarian War of Succession. Kelstriadormu, under the guise of Telriah II Embershield, had found a friendship with many of the Pandaren during the war in Pandaria, and offered many who had lost homes to the Horde and Alliance a new place to call their own within Quel'Anaris. Many were Shado-Pan warriors who felt their duty was done following the defeat of the Sha and Mantid.
Hatoshi Jadespear was one such Shado-Pan to shed his title, and founded the Aurelian Wardancers, to defend his new home, which he also aided in building alongside several others, such as Tyshami Redglade. With a newfound home, and a new loyalty, the Pandaren of Cresthill have lived a happy life since.
Recent Events[]
Following the Third Burning Legion Invasion of Azeroth, Neo Starstrider had turned into a Ren'dorei, and lost faith in the Light, unable to call upon it. He approached Hatoshi, seeking entrance to the Wardancers. He was accepted into their ranks, and is regularly seen training with others in Cresthill.
