*What follows is a faded passage from a book title "The Doomed Defense", a collection of recorded events that happened during Stormwind's fall.
A Holy Relic from the First war. Used by one of the Northshire clerics to devastate an orc battalion and bring together a band of defenders against the invaders. Though the Cleric that held the weapon and those that stood with him were lost, their sacrifice allowed many civilians to flee the doomed city and live to reach the safety of Lordaeron.
Though many searched for the bodies of the defenders, and the weapon itself, nothing was found. It's widely accepted that the weapon was taken by the orcs as a trophy and lost to time.
