The Barony of Blackvale is a small estate located within the Kingdom of Stormwind, specifically within the region of southeastern Duskwood. It belongs to House Striveheart, whose principle heir is Lord Esarion Striveheart. While the estate is rather small, a large mansion rests atop it. Most of the house's attendants serve there.
The Barony of Blackvale has no army, no resources (at least, none declared), no towns within its borders—just a massive amount of money at its disposal.
Like its current lord, the Barony of Blackvale is an unknown entity. No mention of this barony is made in any record prior to the Northrend Campaign.
