King Aaron Perenolde, born Prince Aaron Pereolde is considered one of the most unimportant monarchs throughout the history of the Kingdom of Alterac. He accomplished nearly nothing due to his great disinterest in politics and the great division within his council. His only "accomplishment" was the continued increase of the crown's debt which resulted in some excitement towards the end of his reign. However, his reign on the whole was generally uneventful. Filled with the bickering of councils and the kings almost constant vacations, there is little recorded from this period. King Aaron is also among the Alteraci Kings within the Relative Dynasty.
King Aaron is known to be the eldest son of King Victor Perenolde I, who tended to ignore his children altogether. King Aaron is believed to have been raised by his tutor's, which might attribute to his known fascination with knowledge. If only he had taken his nose out of he book and apply his tempered wit to ruling Alterac, he might have been a great king. It is recorded he ascended to the throne at the age of thirty-eight, and inherited and a large debt left by his predecessor. This debt continued to grow, thus he earned the shameful unofficial title of the "Debtor King"
Towards the end of his reign, the large debt racked up by the throne caused multiple kingdoms and nobility to demand what was owed to him. However, King Aaron at the age of 54, knew his life was ending after catching a deadly spring fever during one of his many holidays, thus he ignored these concerns and passed them onto his heir.
